Agrees to terms with Dallas
Armstrong agreed to a two-year, $13 million contract with the Cowboys on Thursday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Analysis: Armstrong has spent the first four seasons of his career in Dallas, and he racked up a career-high 37 tackles (23 solo), five sacks, a pass defense, a fumble recovery and a touchdown in 2021 despite missing four games with an ankle injury. He'll attempt to carve out a role as a depth option once again in 2022.
