Analysis: Ogundeji missed the Falcons' win over the Panthers on Sunday, but a return to practicing in full should have him ready to take the field Sunday against the 49ers. The rookie fifth-round selection has 24 tackles (14 solo) with one sack, one passed defensed and a fumble recovery in a reserve role in the Falcons' linebacker unit.

Ogundeji (anke) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Panthers, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Analysis: Ogundeji was able to return to practice as a limited participant Thursday and Friday, but he will ultimately miss his first game of the season. In his absence, Brandon Copeland is expected to see increased opportunities against the Panthers.

Analysis: Ogundeji recorded one tackle before leaving the contest in the second half. The rookie linebacker had to be taken to the locker room, so it's unlikely he is able to return.

Ogundeji registered two tackles (one solo) and blocked a field-goal attempt during Sunday's 30-28 win over the Dolphins.
Analysis: Ogundeji was expected to see an increased role during Week 7 with Dante Fowler (knee) on injured reserve. The rookie fifth-round pick's production was lackluster, but he displayed his playmaking ability by blocking a 49-yard field-goal attempt at the beginning of the second quarter. While the Notre Dame product is talented, he will likely remain unplayable in IDP formats until his production starts to match his ability.

With The Athletic reporting that Dante Fowler has been placed in injured reserve, Ogundeji is expected to see in an increased role on the Falcons' defense.
Analysis: Ogundeji has recorded just five tackles (four solo) and one sack in the three games he has seen action on the field for this season. The Notre Dame product was taken in the fifth round in the NFL Draft this past offseason. He will now have an opportunity to make an impression.
