Sidelined with hamstring injury
Bears coach Matt Eberflus said Monday that Graham will sit out of practice while dealing with a hamstring injury, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com of reports.
Analysis: Eberflus expounded by saying that Graham likely will miss more time than the team had originally anticipated, but he did not give a specific timeline for his potential return. The cornerback is coming off a 2021 rookie campaign in which he logged 13 tackles and four passes defended over four games. When healthy, Graham figures to compete with BoPete Keyes and Lamar Jackson for a depth role at cornerback this preseason.

One tackle in season finale
Graham tallied one stop in the Bears' 31-17 Week 18 loss to the Vikings, and he ended the season with 13 tackles and four passes defensed in four games.
Analysis: Graham didn't see the field for the Bears until Week 15, and the highlight of his season was a seven-tackle effort against the Vikings. After being drafted by the Bears in the sixth round of the 2021 draft, he'll be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, who is unlikely to have immediate IDP value.

Signed to Bears' active roster
Graham was signed from the Bears' practice squad to the active roster Tuesday, Larry Mayer of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Graham had a strong showing on Monday Night Football against the Vikings, making seven tackles while deflecting three passes in the loss. The cornerback's performance seemed to have prompted the Bears to make him an official member of the active roster and he'll look to have a repeat performance against the Seahawks in Week 16.
